How quickly time goes

My supervisor has just given me my Re-contracting papers. I feel strange. I feel sad. I know my decision, and I am 100% happy with my choice, but I still feel I can't sign and check the appropriate box yet. I don't know what I'm waiting for. I just need to have those papers sitting on my desk for a while, before I hand them back.

I know just how you feel.
I am quite sad about the whole thing - but in a good way. I am glad to know my decission but kind of sad that I am heading toward the end. Oh well... here we go to making the most of everything.

just remember, if you feel that way know, remind yourself when it comes to feb as those recontracters can be tough to talk down if they decide you should stay!

I feel like they might treat me badly if I sign and say bye bye....I think I:m going to wait for them to wine and dine me (not that they will) to try and talk me into staying before I give them the final no.

I was so the same Lauren! They made me so nervous, even though I knew what I was signing - so I put them away for a few months!

Wow... Amazing how a little tiny entry like this one can stinulate so much discussion.
If it makes you feel any better, my supervisors came by today for a 'special' meeting to beg me to stay a third year. They are so nice. I actually felt quite sad telling them that the decision was out of my hands completely!!! I HAVE to go home. Harumpf (as Rosie would say)
